The trust operates with a structured framework, ensuring smooth execution of all society events through dedicated committees that handle cultural, religious, and administrative responsibilities. With a one-year tenure for trustees, fresh leadership and ideas are continuously encouraged, keeping the system dynamic and efficient.

Established after two years of discussions and with the consent of over 51% of homeowners, our trust functions as an interim body until the Apartment Owners Association (AOA) takes over. Until then, we remain committed to upholding transparency, accountability, and collective decision-making for the betterment of our community.
