ONE SOCIETY - ONE EVENT
Why Do We Need a Trust in the Society?
A trust ensures transparency, accountability, and inclusivity in managing society events and funds. It provides a dedicated system to handle finances, audited by third parties, and promotes community participation in cultural and religious programs. With transparent processes for vendor selection, budgeting, and conflict resolution, the trust unites all residents under the motto: “One Society, One Trust, One Event.” This foundation will transition seamlessly to the AOA for long-term governance.
What Is the Process of Trust Formation?
The trust formation process begins with community discussions to establish a framework prioritizing transparency and inclusivity. Physical consent from over 50% of property owners is obtained, followed by the creation of a dedicated bank account for transparent fund management. Trustees are appointed for one-year terms, ensuring fair representation and accountability. The trust operates with a clear process for budgeting, vendor selection, and community participation, laying a foundation for seamless governance until the AOA takes over.
Committees
We have multiple committees under the society trust to manage various activities at the community level efficiently.

Cultural committee
This committee will actively plan and execute all cultural events in the society at the ground level. Its members are self-volunteered and work collaboratively to ensure smooth event management. They provide suggestions to the trust committee regarding budgeting, vendor selection, and overall event execution.

Pooja committee
This committee is responsible for organizing and executing all religious festivals and events in the society, including activities at Hanuman Mandir. Like the Cultural Committee, its members are self-volunteered and work at the ground level, offering recommendations to the trust for effective planning and management.

Committee-Based Execution
Cultural and religious event planning is handled by separate committees, with the trustees facilitating financial and administrative support.
Majority Consent-Based Formation
The trust was formed after two years of discussions and with more than 51% consent from flat owners in Mantra 2 society.
